READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER ON THE ALUMNI PORTAL
1. On the Alumni Portal click 'New Registration' and fill out the form. In the 'Enrolment/Registration Number' text box enter your exam register number (This would be printed on your Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate / Statement of Marks / Transfer Certificate). If the programme name dropdown does not contain the name of the programme that you had studied, send email to info.pucc@pondiuni.edu.in to add your programme name to the list
2. Registration confirmation will be sent by email
3. The College administration will verify your details and approve your registration request within three working days maximum. Once approved, account creation link will be sent by email
4. Click on the account creation link received by email and set password for your login. Note down the username. Your username is your exam register number (also called 'Enrolment/Registration Number'). You can even use your email address as your username. Both exam register number and exam register number can be used as username
5. After setting the password, log into the Alumni Portal and complete your Profile and upload your photograph (.jpg format) and Curriculum Vitae (.pdf format)
